Day of they arrived early for set up which was amazing! Rak and his team at Phototek are AMAZING! After our first event with them in November, we used them again for our office holiday party in December. We got the floating Photo Booth and the 360 camera. The photo booth allows for 4 printed pictures, which Ran customized with our org logo. To my surprise after each event, we get a link with all the pictures and videos. Phototeknyc was AMAZING at my daughter's Sweet 16!!! Dealing with Rak was easy and he sent all info, details and the contract on time. The young man that stayed at the party to monitor the photobooth was sweet, kind and patient with the kids and very friendly with all! They came on time, set up was quick and take down of the backdrop and equipment went off without a hitch! The kids got LOTS of great strip pictures with props (sweet 16 signs, funny glasses, hats etc) and tons of memories that will last a lifetime!!!! Phototeknyc was AMAZING at my daughter's Sweet 16!!! Dealing with Rak was easy and he sent all info, details and the contract on time. The young man that stayed at the party to monitor the photobooth was sweet, kind and patient with the kids and very friendly with all! They came on time, set up was quick and take down of the backdrop and equipment went off without a hitch! The kids got LOTS of great strip pictures with props (sweet 16 signs, funny glasses, hats etc) and tons of memories that will last a lifetime!!!! In the weeks leading to our event date, Rak made sure I was completely happy with our photo mockups and was able to make special modifications to the print outs and graphics. He explained what the packages included so that we could purchase the set-up we wanted. This was helpful since I was inexperienced in ordering booths and the features it included. On the date of our event, Mark, our vendor rep for the evening, was on time and set up the Open Air Photo Booth in no time. He set up a simple white background and had props fitting and appropriate for our company holiday party. Professional all night, Mark had our guests looking great in the photos. He didn't fold under pressure as the swarm of guests started to huddle in his set-up corner at increasing rates. Within two days, Rak texted me the link to our photo gallery that had all of our photos. High quality and crispy clear images in both color and black and white. I am so pleased with hiring Rak and the PhototekNYC team! I will absolutely book them again for another event, and even recommend them should anyone need a booth for their event. Had a great experience working with this business. They provided us with their photobooth rental service for a college carnival event Student Government planned. The prints were good quality. They were easy to work with with quick responses and allowed us to customize our own photobooth print out strips, which I have attached a photo of. Would recommend!

We had PhotoTekNYC set up a 360 degree photo booth for our wedding this year. Everything worked out great - the team was very responsive and helpful despite the fact that we planned everything with them last minute, and they were flexible in terms of working with what we wanted. Our guests also loved the 360 booth! It was really a hit and added something fun while guests were between getting drinks, writing in our guest book, or just hanging out. The team was also professional the day of, and were able to work directly with the venue for setup / takedown without us really needing to do anything. Highly recommend for your event!

These guys are amazing, they got there on time, set up, and were extremely personable and professional. This past Sunday they were at my Sorority's annual gala, and the guests loved the photos and the fun props. Plus the pics were high quality I would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid company for your event!

Our guests could not get enough of it! The picture quality is impeccable. We were able to get actual print outs of the pictures almost instantaneously, as well as digital copies provided through a link. The props they provided were also so much fun to use. They also set up my backdrop and floral garlands around it exactly how I requested. It really exceeded my expectations. Even more, the photo attendant Dylan was so awesome and super sweet, and overall pleasant to work with. Also, the coordinator Rak was super responsive to all of my questions and needs, even going so far as to send me pictures of items from Amazon that would assist in creating the backdrop that I requested. I will definitely be using this company again for future events.

I was running around the venue trying to get things done and wasn't able to get to my phone in time, but they called me multiple times and waited for me instead of just leaving. When I finally spoke to the 2 people who were there, they were extremely nice and set it up within minutes. They were so sweet to all the guests and gave them directions and stayed with them to make sure they got the videos from the 360 photo booth downloaded. I would definitely recommend them and I am so happy I booked them!

When Mo showed up to set up and guide us through the night, he was friendly, professional, and patient. I'm not a huge fan of taking pictures. I am incredibly shy and awkward in front of a camera, but Mo was so helpful, and I had so much fun. I honestly wish I'd taken more pictures. This is the type of company you want at your event.
