No. We’re based in Elmont on the Queens–Nassau border, so every Queens neighborhood — from Astoria to the Rockaways — is covered with no travel surcharge.

Yes. We regularly load in at LIC venues like Renaissance Event Hall and Vista Penthouse Ballroom, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) whenever the building requires one. Freight-elevator load-ins are part of a normal day for our crew.

Recent Queens events include Terrace on the Park, Russo’s On the Bay, The Marquee in Astoria, the Sheraton LaGuardia East in Flushing, Golden Terrace Banquet Hall in Richmond Hill, and Queens College. If your venue isn’t on the list, we’ll coordinate directly with their events team.

An open-air setup fits comfortably in an 8-by-8-foot corner, which works in most Flushing and Richmond Hill banquet rooms. A 360 booth needs roughly 10-by-10 feet plus a safety perimeter — we’ll confirm the layout with your hall in advance.

All the time — they’re some of our favorite events in the borough. We design custom print templates around your theme and colors, and our attendants keep the photo line moving so the dance floor stays full.

Two to three months ahead is comfortable for most dates. Spring prom season and December holiday weekends in Queens book out earlier, so those are worth locking in three to six months out.
