Yes — fully licensed and insured. If your venue needs a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we'll send one over before the event.

For peak corporate season — December holiday parties, fall conference weeks, and trade show dates at the Javits Center — three to six months ahead is safest. Most other events are comfortable at four to eight weeks, and we can often turn around last-minute requests within 48 hours.
