Very good work

This review is long overdue! I recently worked with PhototekNYC for a corporate event and couldn’t have been happier. From start to finish, Rak and his team were phenomenal - responsive, professional, and genuinely great to work with. They’re also very fairly priced, which is always a plus. Even when our booth setup was delayed (due to other teams), the PhototekNYC crew went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were flexible, patient, and helped make everything come together seamlessly. The AI technology ran flawlessly the entire event - fast, reliable, and fun! It was a big hit with attendees, and several people even asked me for their contact info so they could use them for future events. I can’t recommend PhototekNYC highly enough!

I’ll admit—I’m usually a pretty tough critic when it comes to event vendors, but I honestly can’t find a single thing to complain about with this photo booth company. The mirror photo booth was a great hit. The guests LOVED it and had tons of fun. Brian was outstanding—personable, professional, and genuinely fun to work with. He brought an incredible variety of props and kept the guests engaged and laughing all night. The setup looked great, the photos came out perfectly, and the whole experience added so much energy to the event. I can’t wait to plan another occasion just to book their services again. Highly recommend!

The Vogue Magazine Photo Booth from Phototeknyc was an ABSOLUTE HIT at our wedding! We were able to customize the magazine design and their team did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. Our guests had so much fun taking pictures throughout the event. We received digital and physical copies, which was great! Rak and his team were on time, professional, and an overall pleasure to work with. They were also very affordable compared to other companies in the Tri-state area. We are so happy we chose Phototeknyc to be a part of our dream wedding! We thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

My experience using Phototeknyc was very seamless and smooth! I contacted Rak only a week before my wedding and he was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The booth was a hit on the day of the event and he also worked with me afterwards to make sure I got all the photos from my event. Look forward to working with them again in the future!

We used Phototeknyc for our wedding in Westchester County and it was a great experience! Rak was extremely helpful during the planning process- helping us set up our custom logo on the photo strips. On wedding day itself- the photobooth was a huge hit!! Our guests loved it and it was great to see all the photos after. We used this photobooth company for our wedding and it was a hit! Our guests are still talking about how much fun it was. The booking process was quick and easy, and customer service was great from the start. We had the glam photobooth, and the photos printed instantly and we received all the digital copies the very next day. Our attendant was amazing. Very patient, professional, and went above and beyond. I had bought some frames for guests to use with their photos, and without even being asked, he took the initiative to set everything up for them. That extra touch really made a difference. Highly recommend this company for any event. They made our big day even more memorable!

Had a great time at my daughter's 18th birthday. Photo booth are the best. All our guest had so much fun, especially with the props. They are professional and polite.

We used Phototeknyc for a booth at my son's bar mitzvah. This was truly the easiest part of planning the event. I sent an email inquiry to Rak, received a reasonable quote the same day, signed the contract, and Juan showed up right on time, set up, and it was great. Our DJ even mentioned how helpful Juan was. I received all the photos digitally in less than 24 hours.

Quick and Easy contracting! Flexible, works with the customer. We made a scheduling error on our end and they quickly tried to accommodate and made it happen. The attendant was also very pleasant to work with, all guests enjoyed and had fun!!!

The booking process was seamless. We booked the 360 service for my mom's 70th birthday. The photographer was at the venue on time and setup before guests arrived. He was polite, answered questions and was really friendly. The guests loved it. Will definitely recommend and use again

Outstanding Service! I hired PhototekNYC to service my corporate holiday party and Rak was super easy with stellar customer service. In the weeks leading to our event date, Rak made sure I was completely happy with our photo mockups and was able to make special modifications to the print outs and graphics. He explained what the packages included so that we could purchase the set-up we wanted. This was helpful since I was inexperienced in ordering booths and the features it included. On the date of our event, Mark, our vendor rep for the evening, was on time and set up the Open Air Photo Booth in no time. He set up a simple white background and had props fitting and appropriate for our company holiday party. Professional all night, Mark had our guests looking great in the photos. He didn't fold under pressure as the swarm of guests started to huddle in his set-up corner at increasing rates. Within two days, Rak texted me the link to our photo gallery that had all of our photos. High quality and crispy clear images in both color and black and white. I am so pleased with hiring Rak and the PhototekNYC team! I will absolutely book them again for another event, and even recommend them should anyone need a booth for their event. Please book them if you want easy going vendors who are 100% professional and hassle-free. I cannot recommend them enough!

I’m that psychotic person who tried to plan a surprise photo booth ON THE DAY OF her best friend’s wedding reception. I really did not think anyone would reply to my last minute request. Rok replied almost immediately and was on standby for hours, answering my questions and willing to accommodate my ambitious plans. Ultimately, the venue couldn’t make additional space, but I was so grateful for Rok’s responsiveness and readiness to jump in. Will definitely keep Phototek in mind for future events!!

After seeing Photokey at an event in NYC I decided to hire them for my wedding. This was a last-minute decision and they were very responsive, professional and was a huge hit at my weeding. Highly recommend!
